STAFF
As of January 2020 we have opened our doors to more than 100 students and 12 staff and we continue to grow everyday.
The school has also purchased a school bus to collect children from remote areas and drive them to school. We also have alternative transportation available onsite at all times.
We also provide a chef who caters our daily breakfast and lunch program.
There are also two security guards, one school director.

HARD WORK
I believe much in hard working because hard work is the most important key to success. Achievements without hard work are impossible. An idle person can never gain anything if they sit and wait for a better opportunity to come. The person who is working hard is able to gain success and happiness in life.
As the Director of the Nadezda school in Mbuyuni, Tanzania, I strive to promote collaboration, strong leadership, trust, and respect towards my co-workers, students, and their parents.
The school project has enabled me to develop the highly valued skill of foreseeing the inevitable issues arising in any such project and, together with my team, I am always able to be a few steps ahead with practical solutions.
It is very important to me to show my loyalty and commitment to the project by communicating clearly and honestly with the project founders, making tough decisions when necessary, and rewarding the team's hard work and discipline.
